Abstract
- The temperature and frequency dependent dielectric study of PbS and PbS:Mn nanorods of diameter approximately 30 nm grown in polymer matrix are reported. The results provide insights into the low frequency divergence of dielectric constant and tunneling of carriers, a dominant mechanism of carrier transport and the dielectric behavior of nanorods, which are influenced by Mn doping centers within PbS lattice.
