Comparison of the MMPI-2 Personality Psychopathology Five (PSY-5), the NEO-PI, and the NEO-PI-R

Abstract: The relationship between the Minnesota Multiphasic Inventory Personality Psychopathology Five (PSY-5), the NEO Personality Inventory and NEO Personality Inventory-Revised is compared using two sets of data drawn from a clinical sample of psychiatric outpatients and from a community-based nonclinical sample. The results of the comparative study show meaningful correlations between PSY-5 and NEO-PI/NEO-PI-R in both samples.
