Feng-shui for 100-seater?

February's Asian Aerospace '96 conference, held in Singapore, was dominated by discussions of the proposed 100-seat Asian express jet. China indicated that the jet should be constructed entirely in China, contradicting previous agreements with North Korea's Samsung. The Civil Aircraft Master Design Dept. of Aviation Industries of China said that up to 30% of the project will require help from a Western partner in avionics, engines, hydraulics, and brakes.
