A physical demands analysis of the 24-week British Army Parachute Regiment recruit training syllabus

A study was conducted to investigate the physical demands on recruits of the British Army Parachute Training Regiment who underwent a 24-week training prior to selection. Results showed that the more recruits cleared the post-training tests following the introduction of the job-related selection processes.
