Abstract

Conformational analysis of a highly, potent, dicyclic gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy showed that the dicylic part has a conformation containing a type II beta turn around residues five and six, a type I' beta turn around residues six and seven, and a type II beta-turn-like structure around residue nine and the side chain of residue 10.
