Abstract
- The construction and examination of a highly stable porous lanthanide metal-organic framework displaying highly selective sorption behaviors of hydrogen over nitrogen gas molecules for hydrogen storage are described. The studies have shown that an optimal pore size has strengthened the interactions between [H.sub.2] molecules with pore walls and has enhanced the hydrogen adsorption from the interaction between hydrogen molecules with the pore walls rather than with the open metal sites within the framework.
