Abstract

Customers are eager to buy cordless power tools with increased power and performance. While 7.2-volt tools had been common for home use, retailers are now offering more powerful tools. For example, Black and Decker offers 9.6-volt and 12-volt cordless units. However, the company also offers a line of 16 7.2-volt tools.
