Abstract

Heil Co. sought the help of its suppliers, Dana Corp.'s Weatherhead Division and Gresen Hydraulics, to improve the performance of its mobile hydraulic systems and components. A systems design methodology was implemented to achieve longer product life and leakage reduction at less cost and manufacturing time.
