Contractors face loss of immunity in Iraq

Under an agreement arrives at between Iraq and the United States, foreign contractors hired by the United States to work in Iraq could lose their immunity from prosecution under local laws. The contractors are most often hired by the Department of Defense to assist the U.S. Armed Forces stationed in Iraq.
