Abstract
- Colorado municipal electric utility Lamar Light and Power, together with Arkansas River Power Authority, repowered its existing plant with old and new steam turbines and coal-fired power circulating fluidized-bed combustor. Details about the plant's design and turbine upgrade are discussed.
