Abstract: Toftejorg Technology AS has developed an automated tank-cleaning system which produces the least sludge for disposal and allows nearly 100% recovery of oil. The Blabo system is designed to clean tanks which have contained black oil products such as fuel oils, crude oil and heavy vacuum gas oil.
