Abstract

Nurses are advised on the proper method of diagnosing, treatment and management of fever and hyperthermia. Fever usually does not rise above 106 degrees Fahrenheit while hyperthermia temperatures rise above 104 degrees Fahrenheit and does not respond to antipyretics.
