Abstract

Economists are urging UK Chancellor Alistair Darling to outline clear medium-term plans for the economy. They are afraid that changes made by Darling, which were outlined in his lecture at Mais, could leave gaps in UK's fiscal policy. Other views and information on UK's fiscal policy are presented.
