Abstract

This paper describes self-biased unity-gain buffers that use cascaded, complementary source followers with feed forward and feedback to reduce input-output offset and gain error. Single-ended and differential buffers have been designed, fabricated and tested. Index Terms--Analog circuits, analog integrated circuits, buffer circuits, CMOS analog integrated circuits.
