Abstract
- The effect of a magnetic field on the photocurrent in an aluminum tris(8-hydroxyquinolate) based organic light emitting diode is measured and the contribution to the organic magnetoresistance of both electrons and holes is identified. The changes are due to the magnetic field dependence of the scattering of electrons and holes with excited states within the device.
