Abstract

The Mg[Al.sub.2][O.sub.4] (MA) microwave dielectric material is added to prepare barium strontium titanate (BST) composite and to analyze the relation between the internal vibrational modes and the microwave dielectric properties of the BST composite. Raman analysis has shown that the incorporation of MA lowers deterioration on B-site ordering of AB[O.sub.3] perovskite structure.
