Efficient optimization of all-terminal reliable networks, using an evolutionary approach

A genetic heuristic search algorithm based on evolutionary methods is proposed for all-terminal network design cost and reliability problems. The proposed algorithm significantly improved effectiveness and efficiency as compared to conventional implementations. The approach was also computationally accurate and highly effective on test problems with search spaces of up to 2.10(super 90).
