Abstract
- The fabrication of an ac thin-film light-emitting diodes (TFWLEDs) with a hydrogenated intrinsic amorphous carbon (i-a-C:H) film as the luminescent layer and a composition-graded (CG) hydrogenated intrinsic amorphous silicon carbide (i-a-SiC:H) film as the carrier-injection layers is reported. The i-a-C:H TFWLEDs could operate under dc and ac modes and could find potential application as a candidate for light source in the future.
