Abstract

The propagation characteristics of the shear horizontal surface acoustic wave (SH-SAW) in ZnO textured ZnO films are described. The SH-SAW device consisting of ZnO film could find potential use as candidate for a liquid sensor that detects changes in the electrical conductivity and relative permittivity.
