Abstract
- A high-temperature superconducting quantum interference device gradiometer using rotating magnetic fields was proposed for eddy-current nondestructive material evaluation. The device was developed to avoid the additional noise sources often found in scanning measurements. The approach has potential applications in radially oriented defect and ferromagnetically contaminated sample evaluation.
