Abstract

Some agricultural practices and supplies in the UK pose environmental hazards that could affect the country's human population, flora, fauna and bodies of water. The environmental impacts of agriculture in the UK have been associated with pesticides, nitrogen compounds, farm livestock wastes and soil erosion. The UK's agricultural sector must develop management techniques and systems to reduce hazardous environmental impacts associated with agriculture.
