Abstract

Law firm Husch Blackwell Sanders is moving out of St. Louis, Missouri, but the city is seeing new office market opportunity with the development of the Ballpark Village by co-developers Cordish Co. and the St. Louis Cardinals. Approval is being sought for the $600 million development, which will feature an entertainment and office complex.
