Abstract: An optimized NMR experiment combining the advantages of methyl-TROSY and SOFAST-HMQC is developed. The SOFAST-methyl-TROSY-based experiment has helped in studying structural and dynamic changes occurring in molecular nanomachines while they perform their biological function in vitro.
