Abstract
- Several studies are conducted to determine the contribution of several different amino acids in the [beta]-glucosidase aggregating factor (BGAF) binding process. The lysine-81 and threonine-82 on maize [beta]-glucosidase isozyme Glu1 are shown to be the most significant amino acids in the BGAF binding.
