Abstract

Several biophysical methods are employed to explain the structural and binding properties of the different ligand complexes of PEB3, a glycoprotein adhesion obtained from Campylobacter jejuni. PEB3 is shown to act as a transport protein and can be easily used for utilizing the phosphates from the host.
