Abstract

Several biochemical studies are conducted to explain the reactions of the ubiquitin conjugating enzyme (E2), UbcM2 with the different components of cullin3 (CUL3) based E3 ligases. The results clearly demonstrate that the class III E2s act as novel regulators of the cullin ligases.
