Abstract
- UK further education colleges should be prepared to increase investment in overseas schemes if they wish to be really successful, according to a report entitled 'The Shrinking World' from the UK Further Education Development Agency. Of 180 colleges surveyed, 72% have strategic plans for international activities. However, only 40% have a written policy. It is vital that colleges make use of latest computer technology to exploit the potential of overseas markets.
