Reform or perish

It is believed that Canada needs to fix its financial regulatory framework in order to provide more oversight on accounting procedures that is often left out to auditors. While the U.S. has constantly rebuilt its regulatory framework, Canada has not instituted reforms on its regulations. Canada entered the recession with a strong system but needs to build more substance into its system.
