Spain is tilting at windmills

Spain has been praised for its use of renewable energy, such as wind power, which has helped create green jobs. But a study of the country's renewable energy market showed that these green jobs resulted to loss of 110,000 jobs elsewhere and that consumers' payments for renewable energy is $10 billion more than its actual market cost.
