Abstract
- Retail companies at the intersection of Clayton Road and Brentwood Blvd. in the crossroads of Clayton and Richmond Heights, Missouri are going bankrupt and closing down, leading to a decline in Richmond Heights' sales tax revenue from $10.1 million in 2007 to $9.1 million in 2008. Retail sector status in Clayton and cancellation of retail developments are discussed.
