Abstract

The space layer thickness dependence of interlayer exchange coupling is examined in the fully epitaxial trilayers of the [Co.sub.2]MnAl (CMA)/Cr/CMA structure. The comparison of the results of the experiments and the simulations of magnetization curves have disclosed novel behavior, dominating the 90[degree] coupling and the absence of 180[degree] coupling.
