Abstract
- How four organizations in California met various security challenges such as budget constraints and terrorism, is presented. The Port of Long Beach for example, unveiled a new $21-million command and control center to improve its ability to secure its assets. The Hollywood Business Improvement District was also established to improve security in the area.
