Seinfeld fans look back fondly on series, but disappointed with series finale

A Gallup survey conducted May 22-31, 1998, showed that 65% of Canadians polled who watched the 'Seinfeld' comedy series finale were disappointed with the quality of the show, compared to just 5% who said it exceeded their expectations. Nearly one-third of Canadian adults watched the finale. Of those who did not, 20% wanted to watch but were unable to, while 77% were not interested in watching.
