Dirty politics for dirty fuels

A forged letter supposedly from the NAACP was sent to Virginia Congressman Tom Perriello before the American Clean Energy and Security Act's passage, opposing the legislation. Based on U.S. Congress' findings, the letter was sent using funds from the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity. Citizens have to fight such activities by letting their local legislators know how they feel about the bill.
