Abstract
- Details of the design and synthesis of highly clustered antigens and carbohydrate-based antitumor vaccine candidates in highly clustered modes is described. The rigidified cross-linked construct of cyclic peptide is found to enhance the cluster-recognizing antibody response by retaining an appropriate distance between glycans attached to the peptide platform.
