Home sales steady, tax break or not

Home sales in Hawaii have been steadily rising since it bottomed out at the start of 2009 even if only a handful of sales were affected by the $8,000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers. The expiration of the tax credit has already been extended for six months. How much influence the tax credit had on Hawaii sales is also discussed.
