Abstract
- Stacy Hastie, chief executive officer of Environmental Operations Inc., has taken ownership of One City Centre and Arcade, two of the troubled properties in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. The buildings were sold through foreclosure, with Hastie bidding for Arcade for $9 million and bidding for Once City Centre with an investor group for $12.7 million.
