Greece plans another bond offering: as Athens looks to more debt sales to raise money, officials within the EU square off over European monetary fund

Having sold 5 billion euro in 10-year bonds last week, Greece plans to issue one or two bonds in March to raise 10 billion euro in an attempt to narrow its massive budget deficit. The Greek government also plans to raise an additional 5 billion and 10 billion euro in a separate offering aimed at investors in the U.S. and Asia.
