Abstract
- Freeman Homes has spent more than $11 million to purchase more than 100 homes and lots in Sunset Hills, Missouri in an attempt to boost presence in local homebuilding market. As some of these homes will be renovated, majority of the homes will be demolished to give way for new homes priced at least $240,000. Meanwhile, some apartment buildings acquired by Freeman will be converted into condos.
