Abstract
- Silicon Valley, California could see enhanced economic activity in the form of investments and jobs through a proposed bill in the U.S. Senate, namely the StartupVisa Act. Aside from giving permanent legal status to foreign entrepreneurs, the bill would provide two-year visas as long as funding of at least $250,000 have been infused into eligible foreign entrepreneurs' U.S.-based startups.
