Abstract

Various studies are conducted to determine the ability of the various [beta] and [lamda] DNA polymerases to bypass the thymine glycol (Tg) in the gapped DNA structures. The DNA polymerase [lamda] is shown to be extremely beneficial in catalyzing the DNA synthesis across Tg.
