An abnormal dielectric relaxation phenomenon observed in Pb[Zr.sub.0.38][Ti.sub.0.62][O.sub.3] multilayers

Abstract: The article explains the abnormal dielectric relaxation phenomenon that is normally exhibited by the different Pb[Zr.sub.0.38][Ti.sub.0.62][O.sub.3] multilayers. The results demonstrate that the applied dc bias can be easily employed for changing the dielectric loss of the multilayers.
