Abstract
- Most companies have been undecided whether to use greenhouse gas (GHG)-monitoring equipment or estimation software in gathering emissions data for submission to the Environmental Protection Agency. Only the government and academia are still the active purchasers of GHG monitoring tools. How instrument and software providers have benefited from the demand for these tools is described.
