Abstract
- Benzopolysulfanes are prepared with a PEG group attached through an amide bond and is examine for water solubility antitumor activity and propensity to equilibrate and desulfurate. The studies have shown that solubilization of the polysulfur linkage is the main parameter for the success of these compounds ass drug leads.
