Abstract
- A [Pb.sup.2+]-driven DNA molecular device constructed based on a DNA duplex-quadruplex exchange is employed for the highly selective and sensitive detection of [Pb.sup.2+]. The developed DNA device could serve as a novel turn-on fluorescent sens or for [Pb.sup.2+] detection with high selectivity and sensitivity.
