Abstract
- The corundum-type [In.sub.2-2x][Zn.sub.x][Sn.sub.x][O.sub.3] solid solution (cor-ZITO) is prepared under a high pressure of 70 kbar. Powder X-ray diffraction patterns of co-ZITO has shown the expected unit cell contraction with increased cosubstitution, but no evidence is provided for ilmenite-type ordering of the substituted Zn and Sn.
