Screen agencies chief allays producer fears

UK Culture Minister Ed Vaizey has announced that nine screen agencies will be restructured into Creative North, Creative Central and Creative South hubs, under the banner of Creative England (CE). John Newbigin, who will head CE, has assured independent producers that projects currently in production will be unaffected. How the move will affect the film industry is also discussed.
