Abstract

The heat shock sigma factor encoded by the rpoH gene suggests mRNA stability controls transcriptional regulator synthesis. Research with Escherichia coli has shown that heat shock proteins is caused by higher cellular levels of the heat shock sigma factor. It was discovered that partial melting of mRNA enhances ribosome entry without involving other cellular components.
