Abstract
- A study was conducted to analyze probing thermal conductivity differences in excimer laser irradiated polyimide foils. Polyimide foils supporting different thicknesses were utilized. Results indicated that increases in thermal diffusity correlated with electrically conducting clusters exceeding the percolation threshold. Findings also showed that the charge carriers influence kinetic energy transport in disordered materials.
