Abstract: Stockley Park business park features the UK's first dedicated serviced office building, which comes complete with desks, secretarial and reception services, and IT equipment. The building was designed by Arup Associates and developed by HQ Global Workplaces. Regus is also involved in developing serviced office buildings, with plans for 24 new centres in 2000 alone, with a further 25 planned for 2001.
